The Countdown Timer is a powerful tool used to create a sense of urgency, encouraging customers to act quickly on limited-time offers or sales.
The Countdown Timer block can be added to the following sections:
Access Electro Countdown Timer Block
In the Electro theme, this block is available in the seven sections listed above. To add it:
- Navigate to the desired section
- Click the “Add block” button
- Select “Countdown Timer” from the list of available blocks
Electro Theme Countdown Timer Block Configuration
To configure the Countdown Timer block:
- Click on the block to access its settings.
- Choose whether to hide the timer when it ends by checking or unchecking the appropriate box.
- Set the end date in YYYY-MM-DD format. If left blank, the countdown will default to midnight.
- Set the end time using the 24-hour format (HH:MM). If left blank, the timer will end at 23:59 PM on the set end date.
- Enter a short text notification to display when the countdown ends (optional). Keep this field blank if you don’t want to show the end text.
- Customize the colors using the color picker:
- Countdown background: Sets the background color of the timer
- Countdown number: Determines the color of the timer text and numbers
- End text: Specifies the color of the text displayed when the countdown ends

- Show the timer: If left unchecked, the timer will display all zeros and show the end text you’ve added.
