Featured collections section will display a single-row carousel of products from a selected collection.
As you can see, you can customize this section by set up for these part:
Text
Most importantly, Blum theme lets you independently adjust the three kinds of details for this section: subheading, heading and description.
Layout
You can simply adjust Content alignment: left or center. Beside, there are from 1 to 12 items to show in this section, the number of default items is 4.
On mobile view you can set up Items per row: 1 or 2 items and enable carousel on and show navigation.

Button
This part lets you enable “View more” button if the collection has more products than shown and add the Button text.
Prominent Badge
At this point, you can select:
Badge color scheme:

And add Badge text for the section here.
Add Collection
If you add more collections for this section, these collections will display as tab layout like this:
