About Gift Card Template
The Gift Card template is an essential tool for B2B stores looking to expand their revenue streams through digital gift certificates. It enables you to create professional and customizable digital gift cards that your customers can purchase and redeem. This template is specifically designed for:
- Corporate gifting programs
- Customer appreciation rewards
- Employee incentive programs
- Business partner rewards
- Bulk gift card purchases
The default sections cannot be removed, and can only be hidden on the Gift Card template. Aside from these sections, you can add or remove any other sections on the Gift Card template.
How To Access Gift Card Template
Access it from the top center bar of your Normcore Admin Dashboard. Navigate to Online Store > Customize theme > Gift Card template.

Just list all the features/functions we can use in this template and highlight some features that customers might be confused about or should notice.
General Settings
Within General settings, you can customize:
- Color scheme: Choose from predefined schemes (e.g., Scheme 1) to match your brand identity
- Heading size: Select from size options including Extra large/Large/Regular/Small for optimal visibility
Logo Section
The Logo section allows you to:
- Logo image: Upload your company logo or explore free images from our library
- Logo max-width on desktop: Adjust the maximum width up to 140 px
- Logo max-width on mobile: Set the mobile display width up to 70 px

1. How to ensure my gift card design looks professional across all devices?
When designing your gift card, you can independently set logo dimensions for desktop and mobile displays. On desktop, set the logo max-width up to 140 px, while mobile devices should use a smaller width up to 70 px for optimal viewing.
2. Can I customize the color scheme for different occasions?
Yes, you can select different color schemes through the General settings. Choose “Scheme 1” or other available options to match your brand identity or specific promotional campaigns.
