How to interact with our chatbot

Introduction to the Chatbot

Whether you are a paid user or currently on a trial, you can always reach out to the SalesHunterThemes support team.

In addition to providing active human support during peak hours, SalesHunterThemes has also developed an AI-powered support system. This AI chatbot is fully trained with extensive knowledge about our themes, familiar with different types of support tickets, capable of learning from real conversations, and able to handle complex custom-code requests.

Beyond feature support and theme usage guidance, the AI chatbot can also help you:

  • Find the theme that best fits your business

  • Guide you through theme trials or purchases

  • Provide information about current promotions and discount programs

While chatting with the AI chatbot, you can always request to speak with a human. The AI will forward your ticket to an available human agent, and our team will respond as quickly as possible.

Getting Familiar With the AI Chatbot Interface

When you visit the website, the AI chatbot will appear in the bottom-left corner of your screen. It includes two main parts:

  • Welcome message

  • Live chat bubble

Welcome Message

The welcome message includes a pre-sale question: “Or need help choosing a theme?”


If you are looking for a theme that suits your business needs and model, click this button and provide the necessary information to our AI chatbot. It will help you identify the most suitable theme.

SalesHunterThemes currently has 17 themes listed on the Shopify Theme Store. You can view them here.

Please note: this flow is designed specifically to help you find the right theme. If you have a different question and wish to chat directly, you must select one of the suggested industries to finish the flow.

Live Chat Bubble

When you click on the live chat bubble, you will see the main interface, which includes two tabs:

  • Home

  • Messages

Home

From this screen, you can:

  • Start a new conversation by clicking “Start a conversation”

  • Explore our themes and support articles by clicking “Search for help”

Messages

This tab stores all conversations you’ve previously started with our live chat system. You can also start a new conversation from here.

Start a Conversation

When beginning a new conversation, to ensure a smoother and faster support process, we will need to collect your email and store URL. After that, please try to describe your issue in as much detail as possible so our AI chatbot can provide clear and accurate answers.

Chat history

You can check your chat history, including all previous chats with SalesHunterThemes, by clicking on “Messages”:

Other Actions

In the chat interface, click the three-dot icon in the top-right corner to:

  • Expand the chat window

  • Download your chat transcript

Ticket Closing Process

If your issue is resolved, your ticket will be closed. If you want to follow up on this issue, you must return to the same conversation within 24 hours. After 24 hours, the ticket will be permanently closed and you will not be able to continue the chat. In that case, you will need to start a new conversation.
