After customers hit Forget password in the Login page, they will receive an email containing a link that directs to the Electro Reset Password Page.
In this page, customers need to insert the new password in the Password field then type it again in the Confirm password field and click Send button.
A confirmation email will be sent to your customer. They can then click the Reset your password” button in the email to create a new password. The email will be like this:
